Sir Geoffrey Owen

Sir Geoffrey Owen was editor of the Financial Times from 1981-1990, having previously held posts as the newspaper's deputy editor, industrial correspondent, industrial editor and US correspondent.
He is a senior fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science which he joined in 1991, working first in the Centre for Economic Performance before switching to the Institute of Management, later renamed as the Managerial Economics and Strategy Group.
